At PackitFurniture, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unassembled

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed reason for the return

  • Photos or video (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Important: Our carriers do not accept unpackaged items. All returns must be properly packaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PackitFurniture is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

If confirmed, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • Issue a full refund

  • Charge no restocking fee

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need the product:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • The restocking fee is $0.00

  • The item must meet all return eligibility requirements

Return shipping cost: Actual carrier cost

Bulk Orders (B2B)

For orders exceeding 100 units:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • A 2% restocking fee will apply

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–15 business days after approval

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved
